Admission Process

Step 1: Apply for the Joint Examination Entrance online through JCECEB.
Step 2: Appear for the Joint Examination conducted by JCECEB.
Step 3: Wait for the release of the Common Merit List (CML) rank by JCECEB.
Step 4: Send the name of your desired college and your Identification Number (INO) to JCECEB via email, and submit a hard copy to Kolhan University.
Step 5: JCECEB will send your username and password to the college email.
Step 6: Online admission counselling will be conducted by JCECEB.
Step 7: JCECEB will send the list of selected students.
Step 8: Extract the list of selected students using the username and password provided by JCECEB.
Step 9: Students will be contacted via telephone.
Step 10: Interested students should then contact the college to take admission, providing the necessary documents, the admission allotment given by JCECEB, and the fee charged by the college.
Step 11: After admission, students will register online with JCECEB using their username and password. The JCECEB admission letter will be printed, where the student will provide their signature on the Undertaking by Candidate, which will then be verified by the college.
Step 12: This process continues until the fourth or fifth round of counselling.
Step 13: If the number of admitted students in the college is below 100, JCECEB and Kolhan University will be notified of the vacant seats based on category through email and hard copy.
Step 14: Higher Education and JCECEB will issue information regarding open counselling.
Step 15: Kolhan University will nominate candidates to the University Representative College.
Step 16: The college will establish the Admission Committee.
Step 17: Following the guidelines of JCECEB, the college will invite category-wise applications from students who appeared in the JCECEB examination.
Step 18: The selection of applicants will be made by the University Representative and the College Admission Committee, based on the CML rank.
Step 19: The list of all candidates will be sent to JCECEB via email and to Kolhan University via hard copy.
